Carbonized Briquettes

EPL manufactures two grades of briquettes, carbonized and semi-carbonized. The carbonized is lighter in weight and has total reduction of impurities.

Our Sawdust Briquettes are of the highest quality and below are its characteristics.

• Are Square sized (45mm x 45mm) with a hole of 10mm in the center, which provides sufficient toughness to withstand exposure and shocks of transportation and storage.
• Do not crumble on exposure to the weather or excessive softening
• Does not disintegrate when exposed to heat during combustion
• Are smokeless and do not spark during combustion
• Have low ash and moisture content and no objectionable odor during storage or burning.
• Have quick ignition(i.e. Quick lighting) and long burning time with high heating calorific value( 75

  Finished Briquettes

  00-8000Kcal/Kg for carbonized and 4500-5000 semi- carbonized briquettes)
• Have over 85% carbon content for carbonized briquettes
• Have no additives such as starch binder and do not form dust(dirt) in handling
• Have a long burning time and therefore economical
• Burn clean and therefore environmentally friendly

The packaging of the products is made according to buyers’ specification and request. We have types of briqeuttes for restaurants, barbeques and other users and we are ready to supply to all potential buyers.

Uses
Our Briquettes can be used for domestic/household cooking (as fuel wood), grill barbecuing, camp fires and as excellent fuel for various furnaces (bakeries, fish mongers etc). In Industry they can be used as carbon source for steel mills and calcium carbide plants etc
